Let me inform you that we have released hotfix versions of our two PSA integrations - Autotask PSA and ConnectWise Manage. This versions are  more stable versions and are intended as precautionary measure due to the fact that both of this integrations will be reaching End of Life - (https://support.eset.com/en/kb3592-is-my-eset-product-supported-eset-end-of-life-policy-business-products).

Autotask PSA changelog:

• Added support for version 1.6 of Autotask PSA API
• Fixed issue that caused some logs to not be reflected in the "progress" tab
• Added support for static sub groups in ESET PROTECT
• Added support for groups with the same name coming from ESET PROTECT
• Groups removed from ESET PROTECT will now also be removed from plugin, provided they are not currently mapped to any agreements

ConnectWise Manage changelog:
