This is a normal message and happens because the digital signature in the MSI is invalidated when the Enterprise Server puts your organisation details into the package.

This message can be ignored as it is expected behaviour and doesn’t mean that there is a problem. 

If you prefer you may sign the downloaded MSI package with your own certificate to prevent this message from being displayed.
