ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server may not display properly when viewed through a remote connection. This is a known issue and ESET is currently working to resolve it.
If you are experiencing this issue and require a temporary fix, disabling self-defense will resolve the issue.
- Open ESET Mail Security. How do I open my ESET product?
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard to display the Advanced setup window.
- Select Antivirus and antispyware from the Setup tree on the left and deselect Enable Self-defense and click OK.
- Restart your computer.
