There are two ways to migrate clients in ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) 5.x. We recommend the Policy migrationmethod for most users, however you can also perform a Configuration task migration. Expand the appropriate section below to view instructions for either method:

On individual client workstations
- Open ESET Endpoint Security. How do I open my ESET product?
- Press F5 to access advanced setup.
- Expand Tools → Remote administration.
- Type the IP address for your new primary server into the Server address field in the Primary server tab and then click OK.
