Solution

To deploy ESET Remote Administrator Agent and ESET Endpoint products using ESET Remote Administrator Web Console, you need to disable the User Account Control (UAC) remote restrictions on each machine locally. The local administrator account and password must also match on all devices. 

I. Disable UAC remote restrictions

Visit this Microsoft Knowledgebase article for instructions to disable UAC remote restrictions. The article pertains to Windows Vista but is also applicable to later versions of Windows.

II. Deploy ESET Remote Administrator Agent and ESET Endpoint products

Choose either of the following options to deploy ESET Remote Administrator Agent and ESET Endpoint products:

• Create an all-in-one installer for the ESET Remote Administrator Agent and Endpoint product from the ERA Web Console and install locally on each machine.
   
• Proceed with a normal deployment of the ESET Remote Administrator Agent and then the ESET Endpoint Product.
