If you are attempting to access the web interface of ESET File/Mail/Gateway Security and an error is written to the log file, such as:

Child process wwwi [2011] terminated with return code 64, won't be restarted

Please review the information below:

 Verify that you have entered a valid username/password for the web interface in the [wwwi] section of the /etc/esets/esets.cfgconfiguration file:

[wwwi]
agent_enabled = yes
listen_addr = address
listen_port = port
username = yourusername
password = yourpassword

Username and password must be set.
