Issue

• Adjust the number of days or months that ESET Remote Administrator retains Firewall, Events, and other logs

Solution

1. Open the ESET Remote Administrator Console (ERAC) by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Remote Administrator Console → ESET Remote Administrator Console. 
    
2. Click Tools → Server Options. 
    
3. Click the Advanced tab → Edit Advanced Settings.

4. Expand Remote Administrator → ERA Server → Settings → Server maintenance → Time interval cleanup. 
    
5. Expand the log cleanup settings that you want to modify (Events logs cleanup, in this example), select Delete Event logs older than (base value) and then type the number of days or months you want into the Valuefield.

6. Select Delete Event logs base value and select Days or Months from the Value drop-down menu. 
    
7. Click Console → Yes to save your changes.

8. Click OK to exit the Server Options window.
