Configuring the lower server to allow "to" replication:

1. On each lower server allowed to replicate to the upper server, click Tools → Server Options and then click the Replication tab.
    
2. In the Replication "to" settings section, select the check box next to Enable "to" replication.
    
3. In the Upper server field, enter the name of the upper server.
    
4. Click OK to save the changes. Once the default replication interval elapses, your upper server will be populated with data from all lower servers.
