Issue
- Two different client computers show up in ESET Remote Administrator under the same name
- Duplicate computer names in ESET Remote Administrator
Solution
- Open ESET Remote Administrator Web Console (ERA Web Console) in your web browser and log in.
- Click Computers and select the group containing the duplicate entries.
- Click the computer you want to modify and select Details from the context menu.
