Download and install ESET Remote Administrator 3.0

Important!

While the instructions in this article will allow you to install ESET Remote Administrator (ERA), we highly recommend that you first read the ESET Remote Administrator Guide in its entirety.

Solution

NOTE:

A newer version of ERA is available. We highly recommend using the latest version available. Visit the following ESET Knowledgebase articles for instructions on upgrading or installing and configuring your ERA:

Backup the following folder:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\
Download and install the two files below. You will need to enter your ESET-issued username and password to download.

-You may also be prompted to upload your nod32.lic license file when installing the ESET Remote Administrator Server. If you have lost your username/password or license file, they can be automatically resent to your registered email address by completing the Lost License form.
