3. In 'Clock, Language and Region' select 'Change keyboard or other input methods'

4. On the new window select 'Change keyboards...'

5. Click 'Add' on the right-hand side to view a list of keyboards

6. Find and select the keyboard you wish to add to Windows and click 'OK'

7. To change the Windows default keyboard, click the dropdown at the top of the screen and select the desired keyboard

8. Confirm changes by clicking 'OK'
