When configuring an Enterprise Server and entering the DESlock+ Proxy ID into the setup wizard, you may encounter one of the following errors:

• Unexpected Licensing Error: 1109
• The supplied code returned too many results. If this is Proxy ID please contact support for guidance.

If this error occurs it means there is a problem with the Enterprise Server Proxy ID and it is currently in an unusable state.

You must contact DESlock+ support for assistance in recovering from this error.
