This issue can happen when a printer includes a 'Smart Install' feature. This feature can generally be found on an HP printer, however the principal of the printer trying to install drivers upon connection or resuming from hibernation could also be found on other manufacturers.

To resolve this issue you can either set the 'Smart Install' function to 'off' or you can upgrade your version of DESlock+ to version 4.4.178 or higher.
