The ERA Maintenance Tool may not function correctly in combination with MS Access database after upgrading your ESET Remote Administrator from version 3.x to version 4.0.122. When attempting to use the ERA Maintenance Tool to transfer or import a dumped database from a previous version of ESET Remote Administrator, you may receive the following error:
An updated version of the ERA Maintenance Tool is available here. Download and replace eratool.exe and try to transfer or import your database dump again. This is a known issue and the corrected version will be included in the next release of ESET Remote Administrator.
