Solution

  1. Sync ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) with Active Directory (AD) This ensures any recently added computers show up in ERA.
    1. Open ESET Remote Administrator Web Console (ERA Web Console) in your web browser and log in.

    2. Click Admin  → Server Tasks.

    3. Click Static Group Synchronization, select the task and click Run now. ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) automatically adds unmanaged computers from your Active Directory (AD) to the All group.
