Problem

When using the licence wizard you receive the error message "Unknown Error 0x00220403 was reported by DESlock+ Registration Wizard.  Error occurred : 0x00220403".

Cause

This error code indicates you are attempting to use a DESlock+/ESET internal test licence on a system which is connecting from an external network. 

Solution

You should contact the source of your licence and request a live licence.
