Solution

Issue: Unable to perform push uninstall on client machines with ESET Endpoint 5 or ESET v4 business products due to password protection Resolution:

1. Create a policy in ERA 6 with password protection settings and apply it to the machine

2. Edit the policy and remove the password protection

3. Perform push uninstallation Future Resolution: V6.2 is supposed to resolve this issue when it comes out.
