Let me inform you that on May 30, we released a new hotfix version of the ECOS portal (v409.5). All - US, CA and EU versions are now up and running.

This release is a response to recent changes in Microsoft´s Admin API permissions for owners of applications authorized for access to SharePoint Online. In order for ESET Cloud Office Security to continue securing newly added Sharepoint Online sites, it is needed for administrators to log into ESET Cloud Office Security and update consent by clicking “Update” in a window upon login or by navigating to Settings and clicking “Update Consent for each tenant” (See screenshots at the bottom).
