Issue
- A website that you know to be safe is being blocked by Web Access Protection
Solution
- Open ESET Remote Administrator Web Console (ERA Web Console) in your web browser and log in. Open ERA Web Console.
- Click Admin → Policies. Select the applicable master policy, click the gear icon and then select Edit.

- Expand Settings → Web and Email → Web access protection → URL Address Management and then click Edit

- Select List of addresses excluded from checking and click Edit.

- Click Add.

- Type the URL address into the blank field and click OK.

- In the Edit list window, click Save.

- In the Address list window, click Save.

- Click Finish.

The blocked website is now accessible.
Exclude websites on individual client workstation
- Open the ESET Endpoint Security or ESET Endpoint Antivirus. Open my ESET product.
- Press the F5 key to open Advanced setup.
- Expand Web and Email → Web access protection → URL Address Management and then click Edit next to Address list.
