1. Which languages are available?
   The general release will be localized into all standard languages. In the North American region, French and Spanish versions will be available in addition to English. You will select your preferred language from the drop-down menu of available languages at the time of download.
   
    
2. Which edition of ESET Mobile Security Business Edition should I download?
   If you have a mobile device with a touch screen, download the Pocket PC edition. If you use your keypad to navigate your mobile device, download the Smartphone edition.

Each edition is available in two formats, depending on which installation method you desire:

• .cab file (.sis for Symbian) - for copying directly to your device and installing from it
• .exe file - for installing the program from your PC using ActiveSync (in Windows XP), Windows Mobile Device Center (in Windows Vista) or Nokia PC Suite.

2. How is ESET Mobile Security Business Edition updated?
ESET Mobile Security Business Edition downloads updates over the Internet. It can be updated automatically, or manually by selecting 

 from the main program window. By default, ESET Mobile Security Business Edition checks for updates weekly and downloads them if available. Automatic updates can be scheduled at one-day, three-day, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly intervals. Automatic updates can also be disabled. Additionally, all of these settings can be configured remotely via ESET Remote Administrator.

1. Is there a cost for existing business users currently running ESET Mobile Antivirus Home Edition to upgrade to the ESET Mobile Security Business Edition?
   No, business users currently running ESET Mobile Antivirus Home Edition can upgrade to ESET Mobile Security Business Edition for free. Existing ESET Mobile Antivirus usernames and passwords can be used with ESET Mobile Security Business Edition. 
   
   In order to upgrade to ESET Mobile Security Business Edition, you must first uninstall ESET Mobile Antivirus and then install ESET Mobile Security Business Edition. 2. Do existing ESET Mobile Antivirus and ESET Mobile Security Home Edition users need a new username and password to download ESET Remote Administrator Server and Console?
   Customers with 6 or more seats can upgrade to ESET Mobile Security Business Edition without changing their current username or password. 
    
3. How do I upgrade from ESET Mobile Antivirus to ESET Mobile Security Business Edition?

1. Can ESET Mobile Security Business Edition be used with ESET Remote Administrator 4?
Mobile devices running ESET Mobile Security Business Edition can be managed locally or remotely via ESET Remote Administrator. ESET Mobile Security Business Edition has a dedicated section in the ESET Remote Administrator 4 configuration editor for each supported platform (Windows Mobile ESET Mobile Security and Symbian ESET Mobile Security). 

1. What is a .cab file? What is a .sis file?
Cabinet (.cab) files and System Installer Script (.sis) files are libraries of compressed files, stored into a single archive. Cabinet and System Installer Script files are often used as installers and may be a potential method for spreading malware.

1. What is the difference between On-access and On-demand?
On-demand functions require user interaction while On-access functions are executed automatically.

1. How big are virus signature database updates?
Updates are designed to be small for the convenience of users who have slow or limited Internet access. The current update file is under 1000 bytes. We anticipate 20 to 40 bytes of increase in update size for each new threat added.

1. Who pays for downloading updates?
You are responsible for all costs associated with downloading virus signature database updates (data transmission fees, roaming fees and so forth, if applicable).

1. Does the installation of ESET Mobile Security Business Edition affect the performance of the operating system?
Not noticeably. ESET Mobile Security Business Edition was developed specifically for mobile devices. All processes and applications are designed and optimized for low system requirements.

ESET Mobile Security Business Edition offers SMS/MMS spam filtering using a Whitelist and Blacklist. The integrated on-access scanner protects against malicious email attachments.
