Solution
The "Failed to Load Data: Report template is incorrect" error can result when the ESET Security Management Center Web Console (ESMC Web Console) and ESET Security Management Center Server (ESMC Server) are not the same version. To resolve this error message, make sure that your ESET Security Management Center components are all updated to the latest version. Upgrade ESMC components using the Component upgrade task
