How do I change the Full Disk Encryption keyboard layout?

Since version v4.80 of the DESlock+ client, in the lower left corner of pre-boot screen the currently selected Keyboard map in use is displayed.

Press the F2 key to cycle between the available maps.

Prior to v4.80 of the DESlock+ client the bootloader v1.98 supported cycling between English US and English UK keyboard layouts on MBR systems by pressing the ALT and K keys together.
