• Click here to export groups

1. Open ERAC by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Remote Administrator Console → ESET Remote Administrator Console.
    
2. Click Tools → Policy Manager.
    
3. In the Policy Manager window, hold CTRL and select the policies you want to backup (see Figure 1-1).
    
4. Click Import/Export Policies→ Export.

5. Enter a name for your .xml file in the File name field and click Save.
   
    

1. Click Tools → Group Manager.
    
2. In the Group Manager window hold CTRL and select the groups you want to backup (see Figure 2-1).
    
3. Select Export from the drop-down menu and click Yes when prompted.
