Issue
- Suppress the ESET splash screen on client workstations from Policy Manager, or on individual client workstations
Solution
Disable the splash screen on client workstations using Policy Manager
- Open the ESET Remote Administrator Console (ERAC) by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Remote Administrator Console → ESET Remote Administrator Console.
- Click Tools → Policy Manager.
- Select the policy that you want to modify and click Edit.

Click the image to view larger in a new window - Click Console and then Yes to confirm your changes. Click OK to exit Policy Manager. These settings will be applied to the client workstations assigned to the policy that you modified the next time they check in to ESET Remote Administrator.
Disable the splash screen on individual client workstations

Open ESET Enpoint Security or ESET Endpoint Antivirus. How do I open my ESET product?

Press the F5 key to open the Advanced setup window.

Expand User interface, click Graphics, and then deselect the check box next to Show splash-screen at startup.

Click OK to save your changes.
