We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have decided to release a Servicing update (Hotfix) of ESET PROTECT to address bugs related mainly to notifications. These issues could lead to situations where customers are not informed about important events in the system.
Our plan is to deploy the Servicing update into production during 10.2.2025 - 17.2.2025.
Release process:
The release process consists of several individual (internal) tasks/activities which will be executed from 10.2.2025 (starting 12:00 CET) to 17.2.2025.
Individual customers will be impacted in a minimal way. Updates will require minimal downtime. Individual customer's instance would be inaccessible up to 15 minutes and upgrades will happen out of business hours.
New customers will not be affected, as a newly generated instance would be on the latest version from the very first moment.
The security of the network will not be affected.
