This new version contains a fix for issues appearing during Windows Updates - Protected antimalware service time out during boot when Windows updates keep the file-system busy.

The release to web/repository done on 21 February will be followed by first phase of Auto-update/uPCU release (50%) on 7 March, while the last phase (100%) is scheduled for 21 March.
