• Client workstations display a more recent virus signature database version than ESET Remote Administrator

Solution

In some instances, ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) will display a virus signature database version that is lower than the version on client workstations. This is due to update distribution by the ESET load balancer. In nearly all cases, the latest virus signature database update will be delivered to ERA and your client workstations after a brief delay.
