Resetting your Product Key

If you have forgotten or lost your Product Key, it can be recovered by following these steps:

• Open a web browser and visit https://www.deslock.com/login.php
• Enter your email address and password and click Login.
• Upon logging into your account, you will be presented with details of your licences.

• The Licences page will detail your licence's Product ID, however the Product Key will not be displayed and therefore you will need to click the link which reads Reset Key for a new Product Key to be displayed. It is important that you take a copy of the new Product Key as you will need it for future changes to your licence.
