• Added: User Type Column

  • You are now able to see and filter your Microsoft 365 users based on their type defined in the Azure Active Directory. Once you navigate to the Users page, your user type column is displayed on the right side of the screen. In addition, filtering is also possible based on user type. For instance, if you want to list "Shared mailboxes" only, you are able to now.

  • Please note, it is essential to enable extended permissions set to your Microsoft 365 account in order to enable this feature. To do so, please navigate to the Settings page and click the "Update" button in the "Update Consent" column of each tenant you want to enable this feature for. It may take up to 24 hours to update the user type from your Azure AD.

• Improved: Google Workspace Admin Account Verification

  • We are modifying one of the onboarding process steps for Google Workspace (Preview Feature). When adding a Google Workspace domain to ESET Cloud Office Security, it is now required for the administrator to log into Google Workspace account through ECOS in order to verify ownership.

• Fixed: Other bugfixes and back-end improvements
